Very dismissive, condescending and uncaring. We had an unpleasant experience with her when our first daughter was a newborn and did our best to avoid her after that. Unfortunately, had to see her for a sick visit today and experienced the same contemptuous attitude. Our oldest daughter has been very sick with flu symptoms since Friday, we called Monday & were told to not come in if fever had lifted & symptoms were progressing. My daughter has been going here since she was a toddler and our experience has always been excellent. The front office staff as well as the doctors are all amazing.
Terrible! I called to do a new patient enrollment, Annnnnnd basically they didn’t want to bother on having my child be seen here. Luckily I was able to find another location who took us. How do you deny the care of a child because you suspect it’s going to be a one time visit??? ASSUMPTIONS have consequences, and shame on this office staff for assuming the situation instead of asking thorough questions, as you’re trained to do in school and when you take your state license exam! Don’t waste your time here!
Hi she’s been my pediatrician since I was born, and the last few times I went to visit her I felt like she was patronizing me. I had problems in the past with feeling incredibly tired after getting full nights of rest, and I went to ask her about it. And, she basically downplayed any sort of possible consequences of excessive tiredness. Luckily, I am ok I believe it was a result of stress and overworking myself, and I am happy she at least ordered to have my labs check.
