Called the surgery center Post surgery to let them know of a complication I was having .spoke to a EXTREMELY RUDE NURSE NAMED “Vicki” I was explaining that the staff was speaking so fast my 85 year old grandparents were struggling to keep up with post-op instructions & her response was you might want to bring people with you that can “keep up” EXCUSE ME ? unprofessional, disrespectful, RUDE !!!
Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because of the pre surgery process. I think we should get an estimate of surgery/ time of surgery the day we schedule it not the day before. But other than that everyone here is amazing! This was my first surgery but everyone was truly so caring and kind. In all of experiences with hospital/doctors office, I never been around nurses/doctors who you can tell loved their job. Thank you to everyone on my recovery team you eased my nerves and gave me an experience I’ll never forget.
Called us today wanting $2800 up front to pay for surgery in 1 business day, and refuse to even bill $1000 of it since that much isn't liquid in my HSA at one time. Making more liquid takes a week. Their solution? Apply for a credit card. I don't have a credit card and I'm not applying for a card just because you have asinine billing policies! And now my wife has to suffer because they're obtuse and don't follow normal healthcare billing practices. If we reschedule they'll make us pay for another expensive visit to TOC, too.... read more
Doctor Guyer is extremely rude, arrogant and unprofessional!
Husband had total knee replacement by Dr Bradley Walter's. Staff was excellent and they took very good care of him. He is doing well 4 days out. 5 stars... highly recommended !!! Thank you 💜
