Person who performed my triage did not confirm my name & DOB. Barely spoke to me or informed me of what she was doing (taking BP for example) as she was doing it. The provider came into the room while the MA was still triaging me, and he did not introduce himself at all. I have no idea if he was a MD, PA, etc nor do I know his name. He was wearing a bright green shirt that did not appear professional whatsoever nor did it have any identifying factors of a medical professional. I tried calling twice now to speak to someone on the clinical team and no one picked up nor responded to my message left….I can’t leave a message in my portal either because it says I don’t have the option to? very frustrating.
I called about my brother’s prescription and was yelled at by Anissa, the nurse, and told to stop calling. My brother is extremely sick and can barely speak, and his prescriptions weren’t sent over two days in a row. I understand that mistakes happen, but we gave them the entire day before calling, and it wasn’t his fault the prescription didn’t go through. Went to get a check up on something. Check in was through a kiosk and didn’t wait long. Got checked & prescription in timely manner. They accept Medicaid. Would recommend.
Apparently this place can have some computer issues as it did when handling my prescription being sent over to a local Walmart. After a visit I went to Walmart to pick up my prescription where I was informed that the pharmacy didn’t have anything for me as the prescription was never received. Upon contacting the urgent care while still at Walmart Pharmacy (an hour after leaving the urgent care office) I was informed that my prescription is still in process of being sent.
