Directed to kiosk when I entered. Entered my son’s information(he’s been here before). There joke of a system is failing to work. Shocker with TMH…I know. Then when I go to get back in the human line and its enormous. Now we have to wait behind a bunch of people to be seen when we were here first. Went in at 9am exactly. The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all very sweet. In and out in less than 30 minutes with medication prescribed! Very kind and caring and didn’t make me feel bad about myself like other doctors offices typically do. I will definitely visit here again next time!
Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful during my visit. APRN Danielle Mazziotta was especially kind—she took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and even went out of her way to help me get set up with a primary care doctor. I truly appreciated her care and dedication. I would absolutely recommend coming here! Front desk forgot to put in my cash bill payment so I ended up have to pay twice on the same service. Very unprofessional! Not recommended this place.
How am I gonna call in to see if my insurance is accepted and they’re like you gotta drive all the way here to check for that like what I’m 30 mins away! I’m wheezing and having hard time breathing I’m not driving out of my way for a what if. Very rude and inconsiderate.
