Asked to arrive at 3:45p, it’s now 4:20 and I’m still waiting in the lobby. And the other people keep saying well you know that therapist is always behind.

This place is a 30 minute drive from my home. My husband was 3 minutes late because of an accident on our route. They refused to see him for his session because his therapist said he had another session at 4pm (my husband’s session was at 3:45pm). So just be aware that this practice has no grace period (because things can’t come up, right?) and that your therapist is only setting aside 15 minutes for your session.

I was supposed to have physical therapy done for my shoulder Replacement by a physical therapist, at the Crawfordville office That was only 45 minutes away from my home. But they were too busy to do the evaluation, so they sent me up to this place 2 hours away from my home to have an occupational Therapist, do my evaluation for my shoulder replacement. They said that the Occupational therapist had the same qualifications as a physical therapist, and that I could be seen there sooner. So I spent a whole day driving two hours ... read more

Lied to me about my insurance covering it and now want me to pay 800$ a visit out of pocket. They have continued to insist that is covered anytime I call to complain about the enormous bill.
