The Urgent Care center next to TMH has always treated me with great care and professionalism. The whole staff there is courteous, friendly and helpful. The physicians I've seen there are very explanatory in whatever issue I've had.
Came for my post op and went down to get x rays before the appointment. I was told to arrive at 8 AM and that would be plenty of time. I was the first one in line in the last one served now I’m late for my appointment because they do not acknowledge what’s going on. I asked to speak to a manager. She refused to even acknowledge what I was saying would probably the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life up in radiology. Don’t go to ER here if you have an emergency or are in physical pain. My daughter has waited over 5 hours to be seen by an actual doctor. It is now 1am and she may end up leaving and going elsewhere. Would not recommend.
