Under normal conditions, this is a great place to donate. With the switch to the new system, it is taking much longer right now. Friendly staff who are really busy.
I have been a donor for the Saint Paul location on suburban Ave for about 6 years now and as long as I continue to donate, I couldn't see myself at any other location. Aside from being very knowledgeable as well as professional the staff go so far beyond the standards of friendly and professional. Here you are not just another donor among the hundreds of other donors, here you're treated as a part of their close knit family and always treated as such.
Staff is unprofessional when it comes to adjusting needle when unnecessary. Scary experience with nerve damage and the center blames me. Not recommended unless you don't mind having a huge needle massaged into your vein without consideration to how that feels!
I have been donating for 10 years and beyond . Love the amazing staff they are more to me then that 10 fold. I look at my time there in a friend's and family community.
