Appetizers were good! Stuffed flounder was awful! Very crowded with very large groups! Not my favorite OBX restaurant!☹️
Holy moly, this was the absolute best place! Super duper friendly, everything I ate was amazing, delicious drinks and there’s even a wonderful jewelry lady there with beautiful items to buy. Highly recommend this place to all. Now if only we could get one in WI. Guess I’ll just have to move to OBX. �
Of all the places we ate at this was by far the best. The fish duo i selected was perfectly cooked. You won't regret it.
I would not recommend this place. Was definitely not worth the price we paid for the food! My steak was not good at all.
My husband and I wanted to have a nice meal to celebrate our anniversary while we visited the Outer Banks. I read about Tale of the Whale while planning our trip and the experience lived up to every positive review. We had a 30 minute wait that we spent out on the deck while watching the sound. We had window seats so that we could look out at the water while we ate. The food was amazing.
