We were a party of four and each had a different entree, everyone was impressed with the quality and quantity of the food. And the service was outstanding. We will definitely be back to sample some other entrees from the many choices. This is seafood at its best, out compliments to the chef, as well as to the entire staff.
Our favorite resturaunt on the OBX. Compared to similar resturants the service, taste, and price are much better. They also have an outside bar with live music and seating when the weather permits. We drive 45 minutes 1 way and wait over an hour sometimes. And it's worth it everytime.
We visited Outer Banks in May, 2018, our first visit, hopefully, not our last. We ate at Tale of the Whale. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. We are looking forward to going back.
This place holds so many wonderful memories from my childhood! Went back tonight and nothing’s changed which is a good thing! Food and staff are AMAZING!!!❤️❤️
