I showed up a little over an hour before this location closes. There was one car that was in the bay and the other two bays were coned off. I pulled up and waited, and the guy that came out to speak with me was less than friendly. I asked him if they do state inspections, and his response was he can't do that now. not sure if it was getting within an hour of closing and he didn't want to work anymore? I sat in line here for an hour and 20 minutes to pull into the garage and for them to tell me they have no help and we have to close the place down.

This place was awful! We waited two hours for what is supposed to be a quick oil change just to be told they were out of stock with what they needed to change the oil with, we wasted 2 hours of hour day and will never be using take 5 again, you guys should check before letting someone wait two hours

The people here are always super nice and helpful. 4 stars currently because they are unable to do inspections right now. That was the whole reason I went in. I left with an oil change and still have to go somewhere else for the inspection.

Store didn't open on time as the supervisor was late and the crew was not cross trained to handle things in his absence. It appears there is not enough staff to accomplish the task advertised.
