There website literally says in and out in under 10 mins had to wait almost two hours for a oil change there was literally only one person in front of me never going take 5 again
Truly the opposite of “quick” and “fast.” They have no hustle and their customer service has declined from when they first opened.
If zero stars was an option…… I drive a Chevy truck, probably the easiest oil change in the world. It took right at 1 hour to compete the oil change. There is not one employee who cares about their work. I waited in a hot car for 30 minutes inside the bay before my truck was touched. When they finally started to work on the car it took another 30 minutes. If you have anywhere to be on a timeline please do not go to the location on Golden Triangle.
Worst oil change experience of my life. I waited nearly 30 minutes to get into a service bay and another 30+ minutes in the bay while the two employees, Viktoria and Carlos, argued with each other and moved as slowly as I would think might be humanly possible. They appeared to BARELY know what they were doing based on all the questions they asked of each other. I had to use their restroom while I was there, which was disgusting beyond description. I will never use this brand again — it’s miraculous anyone does.
I arrived at this location at 6pm They had me change to a different spot.So that the person that got there before me could get serviced. When I moved someone else, got there next to me. I assumed they would ask that person to also move aside.So I can go and get serviced first. But they completely ignored me.And had the other person go in first.
