Got my 2016 Chevrolet Trax oil changed there. Employees were great but the 5 min oil change wasn’t there I waited 20 min. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone poor communication. Got my cabin air filter changed cause that was needed. Had a 25.00 off of oil change coupon felt like I spent so much more than what was needed.
Waited over 2 hours, there was no warning when we pulled up that there was gonna be an extreme wait or that they were understaffed. (I don’t know if that was the case or not bc no one said anything)The service and knowledge of the “techs” were extremely disappointing. the girl there with piercings seemed to not have any knowledge which was worrisome. there was only one other person there and he was very overwhelmed it seemed. he was doing everything and the girl seemed to just try to help where she could but seemed like she ... read more
So I showed up twice and they weren't open when it said it was. I need to look for a new oil change spot.
10/10 Julio is amazing. service was fast, and everyone is so nice there.
