This was my second time to come to this location. This time was a much better experience. The staff was friendly and the wait time was much shorter. My oil was changed, and the experience was handled in a professional manner. I will return to this location.
Very unprofessional on today’s shift. Jacob was asking if honked at them which I didn’t but assumed it was me. I proceeded to get the oil change and I hear side comments saying “they don’t want us standing around or they’ll honk”. I told him he’s being confrontational and he knows I could hear him say that. I’m sure this is why he doesn’t wear his name tag so he doesn’t get reported. I will not be back to take 5 at all. Took super long, 25 minutes once I was in the bay.
This is the 2nd bad experience I have had w Take 5. I should have learned after the 1st time a couple of months ago. I pulled into an open bay on my arrival. There was 1 car in each of the other 2 bays in progress when I arrived. I opened my hood and waited and waited-- Over 1 1/2 hours later to get my oil changed. This place used to be efficient and friendly when they first opened. It has gone downhill badly. The upsell was also ridiculous. Never again.
