I love this place the staff is friendly even though there was a 2 hr wait bc there was only 2 employees they were great kind and efficient thanks Take 5
Went in for a simple oil change yesterday at the Texas location on Hulen DR and 10 minutes after leaving my power steering needed serviced. Tried to call to customer service was a hassle. Now I can't drive my car & have to get mechanical work done never had any single prior issues.
The people were polite, but absolutely crazy overpriced for an oil change. Obviously upselling on everything that Take5 central could dream up. They were going to offer me a “steal” on an air filter. The price they dropped to was 3x what I could get it for on Amazon.
