Waited over an hour to get service even though I was the only person there and in a bay. The guy ringing me up said my coupons wouldn't scan, coupons I received that same day, and didn't want to honor the coupon.
The workers were not very kind. I understand being business like and trying to get things done but you can have a nice tone. And then he was very negative about the kind of car I have because he didn't know how to turn off the oil change light. Which, I figured out about 30 seconds after leaving the bay by myself. Also, it would have been nice for the total with additional fees to be announced ahead of time. After the service is done and the price is $20 more than expected is not good business.
