They had a guy working all by himself here, horrible to do to an employee but he was professional informative and fast even by himself.
Both employees were borrowed from other locations but working as if they knew where everything was and handling a lot of cars quickly as possible while I was there, all 3 bays were full but they were calm and collected.
I stop by take five oil change and had one of the worst experiences.I've had at an oil change place.I waited about ten minutes before anyone even came up to my car.The employee did not mention he was working alone.Just told me which lane to pull into, then I sat another fifteen to twenty minutes before pulling into the bay only for him to start working on a different car After nearly an hour of waiting, I still hadn't had my oil changed.If they're short staffed, that should be communicated up front.So customers can decide wh... read more
Staff was from another store and they did amazing! Clear communication and no pressure! Professionalism at its best!
Bo and his team took really good care of my trucks oil change. Quick and efficient service got me in and out in no time with everything i needed. Took care of me without being to pushy on selling me things i thought i might not need. 10/10 would come again.
