Please tell me why it is so that you make your customers sit in their cars for oil changes in the 100 degree Texas heat. Your store off from Blake and Plano Road require their customers to sit in their cars and actually participate in the task of oil changes. I shouldn't have to drive my car up on the trap doors, pop the hood of my trunk, start up my car, rev up the engine etc. The oil change isn't free so why all of this "self checkout" in the garage? I would expect better of you.
