RecommendedMe and 2 of my kids went to get the oil changes in my car this weekend. I thought it was gonna take forever and dreaded it! However we didn't even have to get out of the car which was great!! As soon as we pulled in Chris got my kids a Capri Sun and he gave me 2 bottles of water then he came back and gave my kids a pack of gummi snacks so that was really nice. They were super fast and we were on our way in no time!! Chris and Kianna were great!
Went on a suggestion and was blown away by the service. Really quick and courteous service!
If I could give it zero stars I would I should have read some of these reviews before I took a chance and used this place. The customer service is absolutely horrible I was talk to like I was a complete idiot and he got extremely pissed off when I didn’t want any of the extra stuff done to my car or the more expensive oil. I absolutely will never go back to this place again they really should work on their customer service skills!
This is my second experience with Take 5 oil change. I have had a great experience both times.
Tried it for the first time today. Finding the time to stop and get an oil change is always one of those eye rolling things I have to do. This was an awesome experience. The staff is so incredibly friendly. Offered me a drink while I waited comfortably in my car. Darryl even found a dead rat in my engine. � Maybe that’s why they offered me some free air fresheners or it could be the sports equipment scattered throughout the car. Darryll and Chiana were awesome. I was surprised at how fast everything was. Darryll explained everything very well. I definitely recommend and will be back!
Chiana and Kyle were very excellent very good with there call outs of the vehicle very respectful will be coming all the time
