I hear you guys don’t take care of Veterans, enjoy the copious amount of poor reviews and loss of business. Put your money where your mouth is and do as you promise. Short changing your average joe isn’t right, short changing a Veteran is morally wrong and unacceptable. Enjoy the incoming poor reviews. These can change once you do the right thing instead of being crooks.
Take care of your customers. If you make a mistake, be honest and own up to it. How much is your reputation worth? It's not worth trying to cover up and losing customers. People trust you to take care of their vehicles and pay with hard earned money. They pay you, then you owe them that. Take the high road and do the right thing
Stand behind your service!!! My veteran son in law has at least $3,000 in damage due to oil overfill,(only 9 gallons over). Bartow ford stands behind your faults! You should too! News crews will be contacted!
This location overfilled my son’s truck. Upon leaving it was running rough and smoking. Due to the holidays and budgeting he parked the truck and did not drive it until recently to Bartow Ford. Only drove to Bartow Ford! He was told the oil was overfilled. Take 5 did send an adjuster but chose not to compensate them for the repairs. I realize that there was a span of time that passed but the mileage proves the truck was not driven during that time. Do not take your vehicle here!!

Excellent service and reasonable prices. Normally, oil change places try to sell you an air filter, or cabin air filter, and for ridiculous prices. I needed an air filter but had already ordered one from Advance Auto Parts and was going to pick it up. Take 5’s price for a filter was the same as Advance, even with the coupon Advance offered. I told the manager at Take 5 that I had already purchased an air filter, and was going to go pick it up. He said if I wanted, to bring it back by, and they’d put it in for no charge.
