Speed is fine until an employee is in such a hurry that they damage something under the hood that causes a cylinder to misfire like happened to me today at the Denham Springs location here in La. Now I have to go round and round with the district manager about having something done to get it fixed. Bottom line... Speed is good until it sacrifices quality.
Oil all over the front of our vehicle when we left. Messy job!
