great service and you never leave your car
Excellent service! Tyler serviced my vehicle. Extremely welcoming and professional! Nathan the store manager came and introduced himself and made sure my experience was everything it should have been. 5 minutes and I was out of there. Great crew of guys! Made my day.
Normally I get great service at take 5 at this location as well as Coursey. Today I visited the denham location and it was crap. They told me I need a new air filter and I stupidly said sure go ahead. Call my husband on my way home and find out he literally changed my air filter less then a month ago. I should have known better, but also, Why do you need to scam people? Especially around the holidays when 30$ makes a difference. Terrible customer service! Took more than 6 mins before I was greeted and had to ask for a water. It’s hot 🥵 I come to take five a lot and this one I will never let touch my vehicles again.
