Jeremy Walker Bibha Walker I was here last Friday this place is horrible worst customer experience and they are scamming people out of there money letting you pay for a service they know doesn't work and if you notice they give you some excuse it not jut this location it two that I know of in Denton that the wheel cleaners don't work and they change you for everything wash anyway they have been broken for a while so might go back and try to get your money back or have them demonstrate they work right . RecommendedDarrell, Alex and another associate made sure to take care of my vehicle today... they were very helpful and professional during the process.
Just went through this car wash for the first time and so not impressed with it. Literally it took 2 seconds. My car is still dirty. I paid a dollar more than I would at quick wash and there they really get your car clean. I would and will nor recommend this place. Also they do nor guarantee their washes if it rains like every other places do. Very unimpressed.

RecommendedI went to the Arlington location & contacted an employee who may have been the manager. He helped me with transferring one Jeep membership to another Jeep I was using while traveling. Afterwards, I washed my Jeep & was impressed how clean my Jeep looked. I commend the employee who helped me & how well the equipment was maintained. Thank you, Ed
