I absolutely had a terrible experience, I would rather explain over phone can someone call me? I do not want to talk to store manager of the store.
I went for an oil change last week because the area around me flooded. This week, 3 fasteners are missing from my skid plate and it is dragging!!! I will never go here again!
They wanted me to unhook my trailer to change my oil in my truck !!!! They suck !!

Good Afternoon Mr. Rusty: I understand your concerns, but to better explain why we ask that the trailer is unhooked is for clearance reasons. If you were to pull up, there would be no way for you to properly pull out of the bay. I apologize for any miscommunication. I took my infinity to get an oil change and left with the QUICKEST, most AFFORDABLE service from Sage and Kyle. Definitely recommend anyone in the Lafayette area to this location. Thank you guys again!!
My wife went by today and these guys took advantage of a lady that doesn't know anything about a car!!! She went in for a basic oil change witch should only cost like 40 dollars and she left there paying over 80 dollars!!! She was told she had to have high synthetic oil for her car witch is total bull shit!!! Her car is only 2 years old and has just over 30 thousands miles. I will never use this company again and I advise everyone not to use a company that prays on and takes advantage of women!!!!!
