Currently changing oil. They are fast and efficient! 🏾
First, they were unable to remove the oil filter housing on my Venza saying they didn't have the right tool (this is after a 20 minute wait in line to get into the bay AND only after they had drained the oil!), and I find out today at another oil change place that did have what was needed to change the filter that the technician in the bay at Take 5 didn't tighten the oil pan plug so oil was leaking out! I could have ended up with a burned up engine! No excuse for such poor service. I cannot recommend this company. They can ... read more
Services was great and guys were respectful!
Had a few minutes to spare and really needed an oil change. Pulled up and was offered a bottle of water while the first guy took my info and told me where to line up. 3 minutes later I’m in a stall being greeted and welcomed back and also given suggestions based off of what I got serviced last time. They took their time and seemed to flow well between the customers, their staff, and were overall on point!
