I went to take five to get an oil change that was done incorrectly because the car was still leaking oil . When I spoke with a manager who said he would fix it he told me that the former employee who did the oil change does not work there anymore and that he mustve done something improperly . I drive a 2016 Audi A3 . He told me that he would replace the drain plug and that I shouldnt have any issues after that . Horrible business. Went for oil change on a Friday and on Saturday my Jeep overheated pulled over immediately checked coolant empty. Called talked Jamare he said yes they top off fluids bought coolant filled it and went on my way to *******. Before I left I checked and coolant leaked out filled with water and it flushed out. I am retired Navy, who has used the Take 5 on ********** in **************** for over four years now. However, in the last year, I have taken my truck to receive an oil change with the last 3 oil changes, I have 3 situations with my coolant system. I am not a mechanic, but after this 3rd time I noticed a coolant problem. After just leaving the shop, I got home and noticed fluid under the passenger side of my truck. This location has damaged my vehicle. They promised to take care of it and its been 3 weeks with no response and all of the management seems to be missing

This really disgusts me when a business has no care in the world on how they treat customers, they are solely damaging people cars and not being held accountable.. After reading these reviews, everyone having the same issue with this company and nobody being held accountable.. Have been trying to cancel my membership for over two months. Multiple calls, emails, online forms, etc. The business WILL NOT cancel my recurring payment and I have been forced to get a whole new debit card because of this. This is not a random occurrence as I know others personally who have the same problem. This practice should be illegal and I am also taking this to the press.

I had work done on my vehicle and a tech damaged my vehicle in the process. I was assured it would be taken care of. However, now I am stuck with the expense even after they mentioned how the individual was new; and it being a mistake.
