Excellent Sushi! – Excellent sushi. Wonderful environment. Fabulous service. Also, very, very expensive. Its a great place for a "once and a while" splurge, but there are other places that are just as good for less cash.
Best Sushi in The West – I don't even know where to start with Takashi, it is hands-down the best. Best atmosphere, best fresh fish (they get fresh shipments daily, a lot of local restaurants only get shipments twice a week), best waitstaff, aaahhhh. You won't regret it. Best Sushi in Utah – This is my favorite place for sushi in Utah. The Fish (as well as everything else) has always been really fresh and great tasting! It would be a waste of your time and money to go anywhere else. Any other places I have been to have been more expensive and poor quality. Sushi with great vibe! – Takashi is worth trying, and afterwards you'd love it! I went with my brother and we couldn't get over how great it tasted and how fast they served things. The place is great! It also has great prices its not over priced like most sushi places. I recommend going there for sure!
Takashi – i have never in my life had such bad customer service from this one waitress. ugh. she was rude and made funny noises at us and yelled when my table asked to split the check. i will never ever go back there again
Go for the Sake Go for the sake and stay for the sushi. Everything from dumplings and green mussels to yellowtail and salmon. Excellent Japanese restaurant.

My Idea of Heaven – When I'm looking to celebrate something special or if I just want to treat myself, this is the place I go. The sushi is always fresh and the chef does some innovative things with sauces and flavor combos.
Worth the hype – While the Sushi is expensive and you have to wait to get a table (during normal business hours), Takashi is worth it. It is the best Sushi in SLC and has a good wine list to boot.
