Our installer on this job was great but the company in my opinion sucks. We came to an agreement in my home with the sales person in February and at that time paid them half ($13.5k) of the agreed upon amount for our kitchen remodel. After hearing nothing for about 3 months, we started calling constantly in an effort to obtain a copy of a contract for us to sign approval of and a start date. Jeff and Jake did a fantastic job on my shower remodel. What an amazing new, beautiful shower I now have. I’m so excited with it; absolutely amazing. And it was done in one day. They were so good to work with. They kept me informed as the process began and were so nice to explain what they had to do to get the existing problems with the old shower fixed to make the transition. I am so pleased of the finished work. My installers were very professional, friendly a lot of laughs, I am a widow so adult conversation is rare and they made my day! My bathrrom looks bigger and brighter. The water pressure is fantastic, didn't have that before. Definitely a great company to work with!! Thank you for such a fantastic job amd making a little bathroom look and feel new!!
