Contracted with them to clean up yard to put house on market. Grass cutting, tree limb cutting and removal, planting of bushes, pine straw placement etc. (this wording is straight off contract). Limbs were not trimmed from house, rode mower around limb hanging he never trimmed off and never weedeated. Pine straw was sprinkled over flowerbed that I had put out 2 weeks prior.
