불친절 정도가 아닌데요…? 보톡스 문의 하려고 전화 드렸다가 연결안되서 나중에 다기 오더라구요. 근데 전화 하시는분은 귀찮은 듯이 “유닛아니고 에어리아로 해요” 그래서 혹시 그럼 턱은 얼마이고 원래 유닛으로해서 에어리아로 하는게 무엇이냐고 했더니 “그럼 유닛으로 하는데 가시면 되세요” 그러고 본인이 먼저 끊으시더라구요 도대체 왜 다시 전화 주신거에요? 솔직히 내가 뭘 잘못했나 싶었어요 ㅋㅋ Not sure what was up with the lady on the phone but they missed my call so she called back. She very rudely interrupts my question about price per unit and says “we don’t do that. We do it by area” I tried to ask her what that means and she said “then go somewhere where they do units” I feel like I did someth... read more
I visited this office a few years ago for some consulting, and Dr. Moon was so kind! He explained everything thoroughly and was open to any questions I had. He is an honest and genuine man of his practice.
Dr.Moon and his team are professional, skillful and nice. The office is very clean. Highly recommend!
