I used Tadlock Roofing on two rental homes I have. Both roofs were replaced without the slightest of an issue. Between punctual appointments, clear expectations set forth, and a respectable cleanup I am pleased with my finished products.
They were rude, unprofessional, lied, and left rotten plywood on our roof after promising 3xs in 1 conversation that he ( the boss) would replace. It. They wouldn't allow the workers to even speak to us. I speak enough Spanish to believe their employees are not all documented. Our roof had a Roof wrap that had a 1 year warranty on it and as I demanded they not cut it, because extremely dark clouds were nearly here, they said "we put on roofs in the rain all the time." POOR (ACTUALLY NO) COMMUNICATION, POOR PROCESSES, UNORGANIZED, LACK KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE. I didn't just have one bad experience, it just never got better. Tadlock Roofing sent someone out to provide an estimate. I was told I would get one estimate for one area the next day and the other area in a couple of days. Anyone looking for roof and gutter work might want to read this review. I hired Tadlock to replace my roof and gutters because they did both projects. Well, the roofing work was done and there were no problems and I would say they did a good job. Can't say the same for the gutter work. First, after several delays such as material was not delivered, truck had mechanical issues and another time there was a hurricane off the gulf coast . It took weeks to reschedule an appointment. Lack of communication is giving this company to much credit, had a salesman come to my home , look at the ****** needed and said office will call you to set up work. WEEKS I was calling to get a date, excuse after excuse .till FINALLY, ******* called me and said we will be there MONDAY,this was Thursday before..Come Monday, they callled and stated that they have ** ONE to come to do the work !!!!! FROM ** EXPERIENCE AND OPINION, ***!!! Dont walk from this company.

This company from day one had an extreme lack of communication, they ended up going 3 months over the initial projected date, any time I would call either nobody would answer or I would get "we will have someone call you back" which they never did. I sent an email stating I would be going with a competitor and within 24 hours the materials for my job miraculously appeared. They didn't ask what date or day would work for me, no, they told me when they would be there which caused quite a few issues for me personally. Once the ... read more

I have read through all the great reviews for Tadlock and I must say I agree with them. We have 2 homes that needed re-roofing about 2 years ago and were completely satisfied with the service from sales right through to the final inspection. Tadlock also offers a great service, "roof preventative maintenance program or (RPM)" where they inspect the roofs periodically to assess any negative issues as well as clean up the roofs and gutters from any debris and fix certain items. The entire process was an excellent experience. Very professional. Not pushy on the sale. We had immediate updates once the decision to go with Tadlock was decided by each manager of the job. They kept us informed of everything from start to finish. The workers did their best to keep the perimeter of the house tarped off to catch as much debris as possible. The job was completed in two days so they were in and out without having the driveway tied up very long. The only negative I could think of was that no one on the work cr... read more
