POOR (ACTUALLY NO) COMMUNICATION, POOR PROCESSES, UNORGANIZED, LACK KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE. I didn't just have one bad experience, it just never got better. Tadlock Roofing sent someone out to provide an estimate. I was told I would get one estimate for one area the next day and the other area in a couple of days. Anyone looking for roof and gutter work might want to read this review. I hired Tadlock to replace my roof and gutters because they did both projects. Well, the roofing work was done and there were no problems and I would say they did a good job. Can't say the same for the gutter work. First, after several delays such as material was not delivered, truck had mechanical issues and another time there was a hurricane off the gulf coast . It took weeks to reschedule an appointment. Lack of communication is giving this company to much credit, had a salesman come to my home , look at the ****** needed and said office will call you to set up work. WEEKS I was calling to get a date, excuse after excuse .till FINALLY, ******* called me and said we will be there MONDAY,this was Thursday before..Come Monday, they callled and stated that they have ** ONE to come to do the work !!!!! FROM ** EXPERIENCE AND OPINION, ***!!! Dont walk from this company.

This company from day one had an extreme lack of communication, they ended up going 3 months over the initial projected date, any time I would call either nobody would answer or I would get "we will have someone call you back" which they never did. I sent an email stating I would be going with a competitor and within 24 hours the materials for my job miraculously appeared. I have read through all the great reviews for Tadlock and I must say I agree with them. We have 2 homes that needed re-roofing about 2 years ago and were completely satisfied with the service from sales right through to the final inspection. Tadlock also offers a great service, "roof preventative maintenance program or (RPM)" where they inspect the roofs periodically to assess any negative issues as well as clean up the roofs and gutters from any debris and fix certain items. The entire process was an excellent experience. Very professional. Not pushy on the sale. We had immediate updates once the decision to go with Tadlock was decided by each manager of the job. They kept us informed of everything from start to finish. The workers did their best to keep the perimeter of the house tarped off to catch as much debris as possible. The job was completed in two days so they were in and out without having the driveway tied up very long. The only negative I could think of was that no one on the work cr... read more

I called Tadlock Roofing company first based on their BBB reviews and couldn't get an appointment because the were too busy. After calling 3 other roofing companies. I called Tadlock Roofing back and lucky me they were extremely busy due to hurricane Sally and scheduled me an appointment with a very nice man named David.
