Tad is very professional and educated in this service. He was more then happy to answer any questions and help out at any time, even on vacation with his family, he would get back to us right away!!! He walked us through every step so we were never left in the dark. He is honest and trustworthy and we will definitely be using him again!

Tad helped my husband an I buy our first home. I feel so lucky to have worked with him.
