Tad Moore was really great to work with. My sister recommended him and now we know why. He had a great understanding of the areas and pricing of potential houses with lots of useful insights and tips. He helped us negotiate a strategy that won us the house in a competitive sale. He understood the timeline of events and made sure to stay on top of what the next steps were. I would not hesitate to use Tad again or recommend him to friends or family.
