Working with Tad was a great experience, answered every question we had and kept us informed throughout the whole process.we let him know the time frame we had to sell our house and he had it sold for us in that time frame!

Tad was great. He was very patient and understanding. We had a lot of questions that he answered at almost anytime of day or night. He is AWESOME. When Tad was not available, his associates were also very helpful. They spent a lot of time with us and answered all questions in a timely and professional manner.

The day before we got our keys to our house, a gas line in front of house was hit. The gas company called me to get access to the house but since I didn't have keys yet, I called Tad. He was immediately on top of it and drove over to the house to let the gas company in and gave me updates of the status as the gas company took care of the issue.
