Recently I had a fire sprinkler leak which resulted in water damage in my home. After the remediation was complete, Alex S*****, from Tactical Restoration came in and gave me a detailed written summary of project cost for the needed repairs. Tactical 'recreated' our master bathroom after having a flooding issue. Our insurance company was a nightmare focusing on all the things for which they wouldn't pay. Then Tactical and Tyler got involved. With repeated contact, follow up, and skilled persuasion Tyler and Tactical took the Adjuster's joke of an estimate of $2100 to a legitimate, agreed on/insurance covered $5600. I had a slab leak that resulted in flooding my master bedroom, bath, and large walk in closet as well as damage to the room next to it which is my bird room housing 10 parrots. The house had to be totally re-plumbed through the attic which required additional dry wall and painting. The restoration work is phenomenal! Obviously skilled workers. Tactical did and amazing job with my home renovations. They were professional and always maintained constant communication. I was told when and who would be coming to my house to complete any work. If any questions were needing answers the team at Tactical were right there with the answers! The work completed was above and beyond what I expected. As the project got more and more complex, Tactical was always able to assist us with any concerns. I would recommend Tactical to anyone needing Home Renovations, and I already have!
