Tactical did a major renovation for me when a kitchen pipe broke while we were traveling and flooded 5 rooms. Had to replace all flooring, lower kitchen cabinets, 2 ft of drywall in 5 rooms, etc. I found them very pleasant and easy to work with. As repairs were complex (new granite, art studio shelves, flooded garage....) it was impossible to anticipate everything needed up front. We had some water damage in our house and Tactical Restoration was referred to us. We contacted them and they were able to come and work off the quote we were given. The different crews that came were all professional in how they treated our home and had great work ethics. They were patient with us as we asked them a lot of questions and at times got in their way. We called 3 different companies, we interviewed all three companies, just before the holidays. The Tactical Team came out the next day, the other two companies didn't call us back 2 days later. The Tactical Team fixed and completed our roof in 1 day. The men that came in to remove the damaged drywall in our garage ceiling within hours. They replaced the drywall and painted the whole garage. Tactical restoration helped to put up a temporary wall when my back wall and garage got hit by a car. Once the insurance money came through I didn't feel the need to look elsewhere because the temporary wall was done so nice. They had professionals come in and get everything done in a timely manner and was great with follow up. Highly recommend this company

This was the first time that I have encountered filing a claim and I did not know where to start and what to do.
