I had a rental property with water damage on kitchen and main bathroom. The restoration was done by Tactical Restoration with very good experience. First, when they crew coming for the demolition, my tenant said he is not ready. Tactical Restoration crew were patiently leave and return in a later day for the job. The dem guys were very good and willing to listen to my concern and eventually we got all issues addressed. I had a water heater leak which damaged walls and closet. Service Master was called first and did an absolutely wonderful job with everyone who came to my house from tearing out drywall, closet and baseboards to prep for restoration which was done by Tactical .Restoration. Lincoln was assigned as my Project Manager. He was very professional and efficient. The restoration was put back exactly as it was prior to the leak. Excellent service. I needed some additional help on a closet restoration due to water damage and they were very responsive when I needed some additional work done. They stand by their warranty. Tactical Restoration handled a broken water pipe in my house from cleanup of the damaged floor and walls to the sign off for a restored house. Tom, Project Manager, was always available and managed all the aspects of the restoration, from laying a new floor to the professional cleaning of my house. I was kept informed throughout the experience. The work was ‘top notch’ and my house turned out better than I expected.

Alex worked with me in estimating, scheduling the job and also follow up after repair making sure we were satisfied. He was very professional and his crew kept to the time line of repair as promised.
