Two words....Asada fries! They are a must have!!!! I also got a margarita on the rocks and its the first time I ever thought, "Can I have some lime with my tequila?" That's how yummy it was! I live in Houston, so I can't wait for my next visit back to Amarillo. Definitely coming back when I do!
Tacos Garcia has been a family favorite for over 16 years. My mom (Mary Talbot) ate there often and she was extremely particular about her food. We ate there recently in homage to her (she has been gone since 2009). It is as good or better than it ever was. Love the chips and salsa. Michelle was great and there when we needed her. Food was great. The full parking lot at any time of day shows just how good they are. I wish they had one in Lubbock.
