Dear TCC, Please agree upon a fair contract with your workers, 2 years is plenty of time to have reached an agreement by now!
Two years of dragging out talks with your line staff? This is no way to show future leaders and workers how to get things done. Failing to bargain in good faith is NOT showing leadership. You undermine your ability to complete your primary mission. Come to the table with serious intent, or seek "other opportunities".
I wish I could give a better rating...but I can't. Two years and counting to reach a fair contract with your Student Services Employees? That's not acceptable. As a public institution, you have a responsibility to do much better. Come to the table and bargain in good faith!
COME ON TCC, enough with the stalling. We all know your employees provide the services you need in a professional manner and deserve your RESPECT for what they do. Let's start with a well deserved first contract. The time is always right to do what is right

It is a shame the college does not respect their exempt staff well enough to give them a fair contract. What kind of lesson is that for our children?

As a community member and taxpayer I urge president Transue and TCC administration to negotiate a fair contract with Student services.
