I can't believe that over two years T4C failed to negotiate a contract with staff. That is disgraceful and unfair! I expect more from TCC! Shame-Shame....settle this contract.
I wish I could give something less than one star for TCC. A college that doesn't respect its unionized student services staff enough to negotiate a contract FOR TWO YEARS doesn't deserve respect from the community at large. This is not the kind of community education I think should be supported in a higher education institution.
Do the right thing ...it's time to negotiate a fair contract. 2 years is way too long!
