I went in needing a bolt for my saddle, a man let me know that the part was recalled. He let me have a bolt (didnt fit) but the thought was kind. When i went to the open store it was more bad news. I needed a new saddle post that wasnt in stock. The friendly staff called other bike shops in the area until the part was located. Nice for no reason thats what i call great customer service !!
This shop stands out in that it coordinates group rides and community activities. Their Saturday-morning rides are a rolling community unto themselves. They're less interested in today's commission than they are in seeing you come back. Oh, and they have some pretty fantastic gear.
I went in holding my wheel an the gentleman that was working was talking to a buddy and just shooting the stuff never asked me if I needed help. I new to this bike stuff and all I wanted was some service. Super disappointed and will not be going back.
