Great service and nice guys! After fixing my son's scooter, they helped me fit him for a new helmet. My son has special needs, so it was more challenging than the average child, but the patience and kindness with which he was treated was wonderful. Guy even went in the back to the unpacked stock to find me just the color I'd hoped for, in my son's size. Can't say enough good about Tacoma Bike!
We came in today and had my husband bike repaired and we were very, very impressed! :-) They were fast, friendly and efficient. Very Mom and Pop vibe, very personal service oriented. I Notice they carry "NOTHING" but the "BEST"! They allowed our son to ride a kids bike around the store. These are the only people in Tacoma I would let touch my bike. I have gone in with all the rough problems to solve (mystery creak and a wheel build) and both of them were taken care of quickly. The whole team is awesome and I gladly call them my LBS

These guys are the best! They have always been beyond helpful. I just had my bike stolen in which they new was my only means of transportation and gave me a bike to borrow until they could find me a replacement! Amazing owner and staff that have always gone above and beyond to help their cycling community! They have always treated me like part of the family! Thank you Tacoma Bike.....You guys are the Greatest!
