Went in to buy a bike for my girlfriend. The staff listened and led me to the perfect bike. As she test rode, I started looking and accidentally found a bike I wanted too. I can be an old-school know-it-all douche-bag about bikes but they expertly let me think I was smart while still hooking us up with what we needed. Great job- we love our bikes.
I was looking for a part...nothing special...just some bearings for a common headset... 2 other shops looked at the old ones like they came from mars...had to measure...look at a computer measure again...nope gotta order that 9 days...tacoma bike knew what it came off of and had them is stock....now my go to LBS
They performed an amazing surgery on my vintage bianchi! Thank you Mike and crew!!
Been in here a few times, for parts and service. I've always received excellent service here

The shop is 2 blocks away... guess I'll be using the internet to buy things and just use them as a showroom. Would I recommend them to a friend? Yes, as a... read more
A big thank you to Rick at the Proctor store for fixing the "knocking" sound on my bike yesterday. Took it out today after work for a 26-mile spin and it rode like a champ. Rick is a great mechanic and always has the customers best interests at heart. Thanks again for the great customer service you always provide! 5 STARS from me!!!
