Went in looking for something that they didn’t have which is fine. Whoever working there was super rude and made me feel very unwelcome. I walked out knowing I will never step foot in that shop again.

Today I got my bike back better than I had ever hoped was possible and an ongoing problem was solved! Thank you John for figuring out that my bike was not put together properly a year ago when I bought it on the other side of the country! I now have access to all my gears, and my new upgraded derailleur is sweet! New chain and cable to boot! Thank you so much to all of the guys in the shop for making my day, and improving all my future rides! You rock!
