When the manager tells me that I am rude, and that she has other customers, an take the food I have and leave... because I explained my order to the cashier three times..and when received it's still wrong.. NO YOU CAN TAKE THIS FOOD AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!! Being I was the only Black family THERE...should I have felt that her comment WAS racist toward me... Drive through needs some work. First time I left mid line. Yesterday I decided to give it another go. Literally waited for 15 minutes, then they almost gave me the wrong thing. I told the cashier they seemed pretty consistent in this kind of thing. He said he would get the manager to refund my money. I sat there at least another 5 while both cashier and manager (I'm assuming) struggled at the register. So I just drove off with my burrito. Which was very cold. The cheese wansn't even melted. In Derby they have the most kind, respectful and courteous employees. Their food is priced fabulous and delicious.

It's okay, but not as good as it use to be back in the late 70's to late 80's, the service is a lot slower than it use to be before it closed.
