great customer service and they were there when we needed them the food was awesome give this place 5 stars the management team was out of their way special

On a normal day I do actually recommend Taco Tico. However they have been slipping in quality since they opened again. Tonight my husband got drive thru and after eating a good handful of chips, dipping them in the beans, I found a black bug in the bottom of the bag. It was a dead fly that they had served and sent home in my chips. So I guess it is a gamble and flip of a coin if I recommend Tico. Normally, yes. I love Taco Tico food, but the faculties are dirty. I can tell restaurant cleanliness by the bathrooms. It worries me on the kitchen. Nasty
great food and great customer service
Waiting over an hour for food that was cold and disgusting. The cheese on my “quesdilla” wasn’t even melted.
My wife came up here about 45 minutes ago and sat in the drive threw for 30 minutes she finally decided to just drive off. I drove up here after she got home 20 minutes later. There are currently 3 people ahead of me in the lobby. I have been sitting here for 35 minutes. the black shirt manager is constantly talking and stopping EVERY crew member and talking to them. I’m sorry but 30 minute wait for 4 burritos is ridiculous
I love taco tico. My only complaint is why are your tomatoes half slices? Wish they were diced or chopped. Nonetheless, I bet I eat 12 tacos a month. With or without the tomato. Thank you for your service
