I had to try a different place for Taco Tuesday so I took a drive to the suburb! The parking was good, the store layout was good, the help was courteous and very helpful. The taco shells were crispy and the ingredients were tasty. The burrito combo was good as well and I had ice tea instead of a soft drink. Other than the distance to drive it was a good experience. I wish Wichita had a location in a shorter driving distance!
When this place first open it was awesome but now they forgot ur sauce the tacos are broken, the taco burger is squashed, WTH happened????? Tostado barely had any toppings on it basically a flat shell with beans. Come on people u wanna go bankrupt again.

Just spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. Food is good but the wait is ridiculous. If I didn’t drive so far just to eat here I wouldn’t wait in the line. Even if there’s nobody inside and 2 cars in the drive thru there’s no urgency with the staff.
My family and I have eaten here a lot over the years. The franchise went through a slump a few years ago, but since reopening they've been better than ever. Service has always been great, never had a problem with the employees. The one time my order was wrong, the manager comped me a whole new meal. It's one of our most favorite places to eat!
Since I'm from Florida I haven't eaten in a taco tico in 20 plus years. I must say I was extremely satisfied when I left. The food and the service were great :-) it's actually better than I remembered it and I so hope they continue to expand the franchise's.
Love this Taco Tico! We live in Ponca City Oklahoma and sometimes drive up just for some tico! Great food! Never had any issues with anything!
Literally waited 37 minutes for my food. Still hadn't come so we asked for a refund. They were busy and had " new people working" not my problem when I'm paying for my food. Left and went to Taco Bell frustrated. Won't be going back to taco tico derby for a long time. Owner ship needs to get their management in check. Will be letting everyone know that if they want tacos might as well go to a sit down restaurant. Takes about as long and much better service.
