As a vegan Mexican restaurants are usually a great go to, but I found only one option on the menu. The tofu was so soft I could not eat it. Definitely super disappointed. The chips were good, but the salsa tasted old and store bought. Wish I had just gone to Midtown Pies instead
Everything I've had at Taco Republik is good. I usually do the chicken tacos or the steak. The yucca fries are also very good. Not stringy or tough like they can be at some places.
