Grabbed food there last night, been sick all day from it. This is 2nd occurrence, never going back.
They NEVER get an order right , I have gone to taco casa many times and I get home to find over half the order wrong ... the management is a joke � you are better off riding down the road to jalapeños ! Judging by the reviews , this location has gone down hill fast ...
I went here Thursday and ordered food for 5 people. We waited for over 30 minutes to get our food only to realize part of the order was wrong. When I brought it to the girls attention, she was completely rude and said to her coworker we gave her exactly what she ordered and I am not giving it to her. So then I had to get back in line to pay an up charge to get what I originally ordered. Not to mention we had something else wrong with our order that never got fixed. For the first time ever, I've found myself dissatisfied by what I received at Taco Casa. The tortilla in the enchilada was either old or undercooked and the bread on my taco burger was stale.
Taco burgers are awesome. I go there a couple times a week. Best tacos in town.

This is my 3rd complaint at the Rice Mine Location,,The food INSIDE, during business hours is top notch,,It's the drive-through after 6pm that I have a problem with....My last visit,I ordered, 3 tacos, and 1 Frioles..I chose to sit in my car to eat...1st problem..NO SPOON, so, I had to get out of my car and walk in to get a spoon(there was 6 cars at the drive thru), then, My Tacos, were about 1/16th of an inch thick,very little meat, and other ingredients, and all three taco shells, were broken, in small pieces! I love taco casa. It's always been one of my favorites but the last three times me and my wife Dustie ate dinner there the quality was terrible. The lettuce on my Sancho taste like wet grass and the bun on my wife's taco burger was hard enough to use as a weapon. EXTREMELY disappointed taco casa. Yall need to step ya game up before we have to start going to taco bell.
Well I'm sitting in Taco Casa right now. Well food always great. No complaints there. The cashier tried to keep my change. And the guys behind the bar are LOUD AS HELL. laughing and playing just being out right rude. I come here to get my Taco Casa experience. I come here to get my comfort food after a hard day. I'm not happy.
