They never put your entire order in your bag had to drive back tonight to get the rest of my order the way they put it in the bag it is hard to check if you have more than a couple of things what is worse is the attitude of the staff they never apologized for their mistakes this attitude comes from the top management and is passed down to the employee that don’t do their job correctly
Worst customer service I have encountered in my life. I have been in the restaurant business for 13 years and I would be appalled if staff members acted this way. Rude, hostile, and even got flipped off for double checking our $40 order before driving away and then asking for the missing item. I will not return to this location.
put an adequate amount of neat on your tacos. if someone asks and pays for sour cream put it on the food. Too expensive for such skimpy tacos.
Hadn’t been to taco casa in about 10 years. I remember why. Service was slow and the food was horrible.
