Order a combo #3 chicken because I don’t eat beef. The taco was beef gave to my kid took a bite out of my sancho and it’s beef.

We ordered 3 tacos meat & cheese ONLY, NO Sauce! We got 3 tacos everything plus sauce!!! I took my ticket up there before i ate my food, waited 10 minutes still NO food plus my family has finished! The cashier brought my child her food, we decided just to get our money back then they bring the tacos. The manager basically refused to give our money back so we left!! Won’t eat here anymore!!! Find a manager that has Great customer service!
This is the second time in the last month or so that hair has been found in our food. Everyone’s order was wrong, and they seem to not care. I will not be back to this place!

Best taco salad ever � I ordered my without shell. I got one from 69 south location and it was horrible. Rice mine location is awesome all the time. Will post pictures of not location. You can see the big difference
As my husband stopped and got supper for like millionth time, he orders our usual. One of his being the #4 combo, chips on the side. Once he got home, he took everything out of the bag and noticed his combo was missing a burrito. When he unwrapped it, it looked like it was completely thrown together and wrapped in about 3.2 seconds. waited in the drive through for 4 min.and 3 cars in parking lot and no one in drive through. left and went somewhere else. it was 8.30pm
