Worst customer service and the food not good. The manager rude and hateful. Just cause they remodeled they raised prices and not a friendly place. Won’t ever go back again. Used to be one of my favorite places to eat, after today no more.
Stopped here on Sunday 11-16-25. They remodeled the place, it's not as welcoming and friendly looking as it was. I used to be able to give my order to someone. Now, they have to help me navigate the computerized menu, which is stupid. Just take my order. She's standing beside me helping me do it anyways. Whole thing is stupid. Go back to the other way.
Sat in Drive thru line for 30 minutes to the newly reopened TB in Alamosa. Simple order. 2 soft shell taco supreme. Got back to the office and had regular softshell tacos. No tomatoes, no sour cream. Receipt said "supreme." Price was for "supreme." Must be a tough job.
Poorly made and constantly backed up with a long line all for a remodel. Atleast the old workers actually read the screens, This new crew is a joke. Last time i ever give this dump my money 🤷
Well looks like we'll never go to Taco Bell again. If you want to wait 20 mins this is the place to waste your day. Customer service doesn't exist in this town. So happy to leave slv valley. Worst community we've been a part of.
