I recently ordered food from the Owings Mills location. Usually the food is pretty good. However, I had to throw out my entire lunch because it was poorly made and the quality was even worse. The spoiled smell is reeking. I had to move my trash can because of the smell.
Typical fast food restaurant experience. The tables were a bit dirty. The Cinnabon delights were so good! I also really enjoyed the strawberry freeze. The tacos and burritos do not have enough meat in them. Also, it took a while for our food even though it was not busy. But not bad when you are in a pinch. They have some decent items.
As of late, the overnight crew has not been completely on par with expectations. Whether it be incorrect orders taken, missing food or missing sauce, clearly the need for a real leader is something that this store is still in search of.
I’m vegan and every time I customize my order and get something, it always ends up having meat. If you’re vegetarian/ vegan please be careful, this location is notorious for screwing up orders.
